Job Description
Elevate customer satisfaction with Werfen as a Clinical Applications Consultant focused on Lab and Hemostasis in Ontario. Engage with clients through installations, training, and clinical support for optimal product use.
In this role, you will ensure total customer satisfaction within the Werfen installed base. You will perform installations and validations while providing ongoing technical and clinical support. Build strong relationships and educate customers about regulatory compliance and product benefits to enhance client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct installations, validations, and training for Werfen analyzers
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support within assigned territory
• Instruct customers on proper use of products
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
• Prepare forecasts and manage personal travel expenses
