Job Description: Position: Clinical Trainer (BAMS / BHMS) Location: Thane Headquarters Roles & Responsibilities: Training & Development Conduct clinical and process training for newly joined clinical and paramedical staff across centers. Design and deliver training modules related to fertility treatments, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures. Provide induction training for RMOs, Nurses, Counsellors, and Patient Care Coordinators. Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill development. Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials. Clinical Knowledge Support Train staff on IVF treatment cycles, procedures, medications, and patient management protocols. Ensure all clinical staff follow standardized treatment and documentation processes. Stay updated with latest fertility treatment practices and share knowledge with teams.
