A global clinical research company is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide leadership for the clinical team while delivering project objectives. This role requires strong expertise in GCP/ICH guidelines and experience in cell & gene therapy and CAR-T oncology studies. The successful candidate will drive clinical delivery strategy, manage project plans, ensure data integrity, and implement effective recruitment strategies. This position can be based in multiple Latin American countries including Chile, providing flexibility in a home-based work environment.
