**Shift Details: Full-time, Day shift, 40 hours a week**
Under the general direction of the Trauma Service Manager and Medical Director of Trauma Service, this position participates in the operations of Trauma Services. The Trauma Coordinator (RN) is accountable for identification of all major trauma patients entering the Medical Center, and through case management, coordinates the care of those patients with all departments involved in the delivery of trauma care. The Trauma Coordinator is a registered nurse who has a comprehensive understanding and competent skill level in Trauma and Critical Care.
