loan closing process
, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in mortgage disclosures, regulations, and closing procedures
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all
redisclosures
including
Change of Circurrence (COC)
,
Loan Estimates (LEs)
, and
Closing Disclosures (CDs)
, ensuring accuracy in fees, escrows, and regulatory compliance. - Once a loan reaches
Clear to Close
status, balance the
Closing Disclosure
with the title company and submit all
Prior To Document (PTD)
conditions for underwriter review and approval. - Independently manage a
loan pipeline
