Cloud Engineer (Junior)
to support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure platforms that underpin telco-grade digital services. The role includes participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents, executing operational procedures, and supporting service recovery under guidance from senior engineers.
Make An Impact By
Cloud Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure availability, performance, and stability.
- Respond to system alerts and events in accordance with defined on-call procedures.
- Perform initial fault isolation and triage during incidents.
On-Call & Incident Support
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including after-hours support as required.
- Acknowledge on-call alerts within defined SLAs and follow escalation paths.
