• Involved in Inception, elaboration and Gap Analysis phase of projects and participate in Backlog grooming and PI planning.
• Ensure to have high and low level design for each feature/user story
• Should be able to resolve technical and functional queries from team.
• Define and refine the coding check list.
• Ensure robust and effective code review process is in place
• Ensure to implement code coverage tool and minimize the technical debts
• Drive innovations with/across in team.
• Research new technologies/frameworks and supervise POCs.
