The Messaging & Cloud Solutions Technical Lead oversees the end‑to‑end technical management of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, M365, and other collaboration tools, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant operations. The role manages roadmaps, drives solution architecture, acts as L3 technical expert, coordinates change management, and ensures alignment with IT security, governance, and architectural standards. It works closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver high‑quality services, support M&A or migration projects, and guarantee operational excellence across hybrid and cloud environments
