About the Role You'll own a broad mix of cloud administration, endpoint management, and security operations responsibilities across multiple client environments. This is a hands-on role — you'll be the person who keeps systems running, deploys tooling, writes documentation, and supports internal and client-facing infrastructure. You'll work closely with the Poindexters Lab team in a fully remote setting. What You'll Do Endpoint & Identity Management Configure and manage Microsoft Intune MDM for Windows and macOS devices across client tenants Build and maintain Autopilot deployment profiles, compliance policies, and update policies Package and publish applications via Intune, Company Portal, and PowerShell Deploy Wi-Fi profiles, printers, and scripts to managed devices Configure SSPR, LAPS, and device group management (assigned and dynamic) RMM & Scripting Administer NinjaOne across client environments — device management, alerting, patch management, and automation Write and maintain Po...
