Role Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with strong GCP cloud expertise and backend debugging experience to support and troubleshoot infrastructure provisioning workflows. This role focuses on GCP IAM, security and access management, and analyzing Python-based provisioning and automation workflows used in UI-driven infrastructure platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support security and access management for cloud-based applications, infrastructure, and services, primarily on GCP
- Manage, configure, and maintain GCP IAM policies, roles, and permissions in line with security and compliance requirements
- Debug and analyze Python-based provisioning workflows and automation pipelines to identify issues and root causes
- Support and enhance automation of workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
