Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for clients using public or private cloud platforms.
• Assist in the deployment, delivery, and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
• Offer remote technical consultation to ensure stable cloud infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve system problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, solutions, and technical best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales technical discussions and contribute to solution design when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
