Club Operations Assistant (Bingo)

Summary This position is located within the Commander Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA, MWR Department, Food & Beverage Division. The purpose of this position is to assist the Consolidated Club Coordinator with over-sight of the Bingo program. Responsibilities Assists the Club Coordinator by assigning staff to specific stations on bingo game nights. Issues banks and merchandise, and observes and certifies their verification of counts. Receives cash and merchandise back at close of shift, and verifies counts and paperwork. Ensures proper documentation of all sales and returns, if applicable. Maintains overall Bingo cash fund, and ensures proper payment and documentation of same to winners. Rings out registers and records readings of Daily Activity Records (DARs).
