Role and responsibilities
- Manpower planning and hiring budget management
- End-to-end recruitment for school and corporate positions
- Building strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Partnering with school leaders and HR stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
- Managing recruitment vendors and employer branding initiatives
- Maintaining hiring dashboards, reports, and recruitment metrics
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Driving employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs
- Supporting performance management and employee grievance resolution
