Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Head manufacturing engineering operations for the assigned cluster;
Ensure smooth implementation of process changes for ME improvement, ensure appropriate design and manufacturing of tools and fixtures to minimize downtime and alignment with process and product drawings, and layout and process improvement for regular ECN/ PCRN at plants within the cluster. The role spans creating a culture of continuous improvement and ensures sustained contribution to bottom line.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes across multiple production lines or plants
- Implement lean manufacturing, TPM / TPS, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
