CMM Programmer/Operator

• Program and operate CMMs (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) to inspect complex metal parts and assemblies.   Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop accurate measurement routines.   Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections.   Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.   Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve dimensional issues and improve manufacturing processes.   Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for CMM equipment.   Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer-specific quality standards.
