Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes to produce parts of varying complexity.Interpret computer-generated setup sheets and blueprints to determine proper tooling, fixtures, feeds, speeds, and machining sequences.Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) to inspect and verify part dimensions.Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor tool wear; replace tools and inserts as needed.Make offset adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.Edit and proofread CNC programs; sharpen tools as required.Maintain high standards of quality while meeting production goals and deadlines.Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.Part...
