CNC Machine Operator - Level 2 - North Houston

Location: North Houston
Pay: $16-$22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or Night Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Lathe Operators (Level 2) for a manufacturing facility in the Houston area. Openings are available on both day and night shifts. Pay is based on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
• Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles for consistency
• Check parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and setup instructions
• Make basic offsets or tool adjustments (higher levels)
• Identify defects and ensure parts meet specifications
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized
