Job Description
This role operates CNC lathes in a small job-shop environment, producing high-precision components for a growing portfolio of long-term contracts. You will set up, run, and inspect parts on CNC lathe equipment, using blueprints and precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and job specifications.
- Work with CNC lathe equipment, ideally including Okuma, Miyano, or Brothers machines, to complete production runs efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements and sequence of operations.
