Job Description
General Responsibilities: Develop and optimize CNC programs, perform nesting, and select appropriate tooling for switchgear metal clad/metal enclosure components based on design drawings, ensuring efficient production processes and material utilization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications provided by designers to understand the manufacturing requirements for switchgear metal clad or metal enclosure components.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and requirements.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes, including punching, bending, and laser cutting, using appropriate CAM software and tools.
