Job Description
Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary dedicated to manufacturing major components of landing gear. The Mirabel plant uses state‑of‑the‑art equipment for machining, polishing and special processes (heat treatment, shot peening and surface treatments). Responsibilities
Support the operations team by providing expertise in programming CNC machine tools. Interact daily with operators to gather regular feedback. Coach operators to increase their understanding of programming. Use the RPO (Operational Problem Resolution) tool to solve issues: analyze indicators and maintenance data, identify root cause, analyze alternatives, find and validate the optimal solution and follow up. Implement continuous improvement projects based on various results (RTA, OLE, etc.). Perform programming to improve or revise existing programs according to standard processes (P04 and P05): define needs, establish program modifications, perform risk analysis and provide recommendations.
