Title: Coach/Transformation Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Hourly Rates: $80 - $90/Hr.
Location: Plano TX and Addison TX or Pennington and Jersey City NJ

This role is focused on driving a mindset shift to enable productivity through delivery excellence. The successful candidate will lead key cadences, influence stakeholders across all levels—including executive leadership—and champion the adoption of modern delivery practices, automated tools, and disciplined processes. This position blends change leadership with delivery coaching, requiring a strategic thinker who can operate across organizational boundaries, foster cultural change, and accelerate delivery maturity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
