Position Summary

Thales Canada is looking for a Coastal Engineering Services Manager to support its Non-Combatant In-Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy, primarily AOPS and JSS In-Service Support (AJISS) portfolio. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the Coastal Engineering Services Manager is a key, client‑facing manager within the Thales waterfront project team. Overseeing a team of multi‑disciplined engineers and technicians who provide technical support to the various coastal agencies, the Coastal Engineering Services Manager ensures all technical aspects of the program are well communicated and addressed, ensuring all operational programs are satisfied.
