Our client is seeking a skilled Coding Specialist to perform coding validation reviews for Patient Safety, POA, Compliance, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Quality, and Performance Improvement. The role also involves assisting with internal/external coding audits and providing education/feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform coding validation reviews for various healthcare improvement and compliance areas.
- Assist with internal and external coding audits.
- Provide education and feedback as necessary.
- Inpatient Coding Experience
- CCS or CPC certification
- Experience with EPIC Software
- Inpatient Coding
- Technical proficiency with EPIC Software
