• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
• Follow up on pending EMI/payment dues
• Maintain collection records and recovery status
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Resolve customer queries professionally
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
• Good Communication Skills in Hindi & Basic English
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Experience in Collection / Recovery / BPO will be an added advantage
