**Collection and Litigation Administrator**

**The Role:**
The successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team and play a crucial role in overseeing the collection of outstanding debts, recovery of equipment, and disposal of end-of-lease assets in accordance with the company's established guidelines, policies, and procedures. They will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and partners. Additionally, the candidate may provide work direction, training, coaching, and mentoring to other Collection and Litigation Administrators and internal staff. This role will also involve occasional visits to customers and dealers.

+ Manage and monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
+ Prepare documents related to collections and litigation.
+ Oversee the disposal process for leased equipment.
