We are seeking three professional, communicative, and negotiation-savvy Collections Agents to join a collaborative team of 45 in Saint John, New Brunswick. In this high-impact, telephone-based role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound inquiries, working with external customers to find constructive financial solutions and resolve past‑due accounts.

Duration: 1 year (June 2026 – June 2027)

Schedule: Fixed 40‑hour work week on Atlantic Time (AST): Monday to Thursday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Onsite), Friday & Sunday: OFF, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work From Home). Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Performance Metric: Measured by quality of work, file diligence, and compliance with the Bank Code of Conduct.
