As a Collections Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing cardholder accounts, ensuring timely follow‑ups, and supporting customer needs while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct inbound and outbound tele‑calling with cardholders who have over‑limit, past‑due, or delinquent accounts.
- Apply appropriate collection strategies to reduce losses and mitigate risk.
- Process customer requests and account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
