Collections Learning & Development Associate

A leading financial institution is looking for a Collection People Development Associate who will be responsible for delivering training solutions and coordinating learning courses for the Collections department. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources and have proficiency in Microsoft applications. This position requires an onsite presence 100% of the time and is suitable for fresh graduates as well as those with experience in collections or training and development.
