Job Description
Your tasks
- Review and advice in legal matters, support all business units nationwide in Mexico, review and drafting of credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements; draft and review of several types of agreements; analysis and implementation of local regulation.
- Monitoring and legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities regarding the automotive industry and relationship with the Government for compliance with guidelines,
- Coordination, follow-up, and negotiation of litigation in which the group companies are part, as well as contact with external lawyers in charge of them,
- Legal support for special projects (ie join Ventures and spin offs),
- Coordination and legal advice for the negotiation and signing of different legal documents with clients, direct relationship for legal support,
- Advice and support CREM negotiations in Mexican localities.
