Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing matters
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the process
