You will work with diverse clients, assess their facilities, and perform renovations while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role involves collaboration with tradespeople and maintaining cleanliness at job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-scale renovations of commercial spaces
• Handle maintenance and light repairs on building structures
• Collaborate with tradespeople for electrical and plumbing tasks
• Maintain a clean work environment during projects
• Use electronic devices for work order management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of construction or carpentry experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
