The Commis 1 is responsible for performing culinary duties efficiently and in accordance with company policies while maintaining the resorts grooming and service standards. The role involves supporting the kitchen team, promptly informing superiors of concerns, fostering a cooperative work environment, and upholding a professional image of Crimson Resort & Spa to guests and the public. Flexibility is essential, as the Commis 1 may also take on other tasks assigned by superiors or management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
