Job Description
The Commissary Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the commissary. This role manages documentation, inventory records, purchasing coordination, compliance reporting, and communication between departments, vendors, and staff. The Commissary Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of administrative, food service, warehouse, or commissary experience preferred
