Duties and Responsibilities
The UN Resident Coordinator Office (RCO) in Angola brings together all the UN entities working on sustainable development in the country and leads the United Nations Country Team (UNCT). Its main goal is to ensure joint planning and working together and ensure the delivery of tangible results in support of the development agenda of the Government of Angola, through the new UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, which guides the UN country team's development program cycle, in joint agreement with the Government.
