Communications Manager

WOW Recruitment are exclusively recruiting a Communications Manager with one of Australia's leading business consultancies, responsible for transforming over 3,000 businesses across 100 + industries.

As Communications Manager you'll own lifecycle comms to the consultancy's pre‑customer audience (i.e., prospects and the wider founder community who aren’t enrolled yet).

Think value‑rich newsletters, founder‑led insights and segmented nurture journeys that educate first and convert second.

The Opporunity
You’ll be the steward of the consultancy's voice to the market, shipping 2–3 emails per week and shaping the systems behind them - HubSpot segmentation, list health and lifecycle flows.

You’ll pair exceptional copy with clean data and tight documentation so campaigns scale smoothly and deliver measurable results.
