Caarabi is hiring a Community & Brand Manager to own how the brand shows up across every channel it speaks through — Instagram, the website, Whats App, email, packaging, events, and wholesale relationships. This role suits someone from a brand or creative agency background, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle, who understands that great brand work begins on the roastery floor — but is never reduced to running it.
Core responsibility
To protect and grow the Caarabi brand through hospitality-led experiences, community building, integrated marketing, and creative coordination — acting as a strategic extension of the founders.
