We're looking for a thoughtful, people-centered Community Manager to nurture the member experience and help strengthen the relationships, conversations, and programming that make Agency valuable. You'll guide members through onboarding, support ongoing engagement, host community sessions, and play a key role in how Agency feels and functions each day.
This role is ideal for someone who's warm, organized, and genuinely energized by supporting founders, building relationships, and helping groups thrive.
