HIRING FOR PROPERTY MANAGER
Location - Bangalore
Salary - Upto 3.6 LPA+ Medical Insurance
Responsibilities :-
1. Handle day to day operations at the property.
2. Managing the upkeep of property- hygiene, maintenance as per the SOP
3. Managing, Training and Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff.
4. Vendor management for all sort of repair and maintenance
5. Inventory Management of the property
6. Property Audits of the property, Daily, Weekly and Monthly
7. Resolving Issues raised by the members within defined TAT
8. Conducting sales visits at the property
Skills Required :-
1. Bachelors Degree, BHM
2. Should be a quick learner and a good listener.
3. Excellent written, oral communication
