- You will ensure user support and effective feedback management to continuously improve our software toolchain.
- You will moderate our community channels, answer inquiries, and actively promote exchange among members.
- You will collect, analyze, and channel user feedback directly into product development.
- You will create and maintain knowledge content such as guides, FAQs, and best practice examples, and design community activities like webinars or theme days.
