ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a community based, charitable, Not-For-Profit health organization providing supportive care to families in Huron and Perth Counties as well as the surrounding area.
We are currently seeking a full time, 12 month contract Program Coordinator for our wellness department. This is a fully in person role.
Summary
To provide coordination and implementation of programs and activities relating to exercise, wellness, health and lifestyle education for ONE CARE clients.
