Responsibilities
Support the Project Director/ Country Program Manager, Technical Director, and RISE Angola team to ensure effective, lifesaving community-based services across project-supported geographies Coordinate and manage community-based HIV services in Angola and outreach activities, overseeing and coordinating the work of Provincial Community Service Officers and Lay Community Counselors to oversee and ensure quality implementation of RISE-Angola activities With the Project Director, TD, Sr. MEL Advisor and other RISE-Angola staff, support joint planning and data review meetings with stakeholders, MOH and donor to align targets, address gaps, and share progressOversee program implementation in communities ensuring alignment with national standards and compliance with donor requirements.
