Compassionate Care Assistant — Personalised Support

Care Concern Group in Hague Bar is seeking a Care Assistant to provide meaningful support to residents. This role is centered on delivering person-centred care that enhances dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional support.

Ideal candidates should have a caring approach, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Prior experience is beneficial but not essential. The position offers 5.6 weeks annual leave, paid DBS, and training opportunities.
