Support Worker
Ashford, Lydd, Romney Marsh
Full time position. Shift patterns include 07:00-22:00, 08:00-20:30, 07:00-18:00, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-20:00, and 07:00-21:00.
Hourly rate: £13.45.
Must be a driver (Full UK licence, 2+ years).
We seek compassionate individuals who are committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist staff with assessment and implementation of care plans, carry out routine tasks, support day‑to‑day activities, and promote independent living.
