Support Worker – Wolverhampton

We are looking to recruit a support worker to join our team in Wolverhampton.

This is a full‑time role, 07:00 – 22:00 (1 sleep‑in per week 22:00 – 07:00).

£13.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our residents' wellbeing, using proven therapies to help people build a healthier future.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting patients with assessment and implementation of individual care plans and routine tasks.
• Providing day‑to‑day activities support, encouraging and promoting independent living.
• Assisting with personal care, participation in activities and daily living skills including tenancy maintenance.
• Completing daily electronic and paper record administration with the individual's involvement as appropriate.
• Liaising with specialists to maintain residents' health and wellbeing.
