Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Analyst for a 3-6 month contractor engagement. In this role, you will perform maker-checker calculations and reviews of the company’s incentive compensation plans (ICPs) payouts and accruals, in accordance with plan documents and company governance requirements. You will also support the implementation of a SaaS-based incentive compensation management (ICM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, experience coordinating project tasks and people, and experience in incentive compensation design and administration.
