Compensation Consultant, Senior Associate

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role is based in the Toronto office or preferred but will also consider Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, London, Ottawa, Regina, Vancouver and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Associate in Mercer’s Compensation Consulting practice, you will collaborate on challenging compensation and total rewards consulting engagements to support companies of all sizes and across all industries. You will design and implement workforce strategies to attract and retain top talent, take ownership of projects, and oversee analytical work that informs the design, review, and implementation of workforce and executive compensation programs.
