As a Compliance Specialist, you will serve as the day-to-day liaison between agencies and the client, ensuring all credentialing and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time so providers can start their assignments without delay. Manage the full onboarding and credentialing process between agencies and the client’s Medical Staff Office (MSO).
Communicate directly with agencies to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted by required deadlines (applications, malpractice info, licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screens, enrollment documents, etc.).
Review and track all provider documents through the VSM platform and provide regular compliance trackers to the client.
Maintain and manage privileging checklists for Credentialing Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees meetings.
Provide onboarding and credentialing packets to the facility and ensure they align with meeting ...
