Job Summary:
The Compliance Associate ensures that operations, client processes, and employee practices adhere to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal company policies. This role is critical in maintaining client trust, safeguarding data, and ensuring smooth delivery of outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with client contracts, industry regulations, and company policies
- Conduct internal audits of processes
- Assist in implementing compliance frameworks for data privacy (e.g., DPA, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS depending on client requirements).
- Track and report compliance metrics to management
- Investigate, report and document compliance breaches, recommending corrective actions.
