Compliance & Continuous Improvement Lead – (Operations)

Our client is looking for a Compliance & Continuous Improvement Lead (Operations) to join them at their HQ in Qatar on a permanent basis.

To be considered, candidates must have the following:

– 15+ years of relevant working experience

– 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. (including lean methodologies)

– Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

– Working experience in Technical Integrity such as Inspection, Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability engineering background, or

– Working experience in Production Integrity such as operation readiness, alarm management, PTW, plant operation, process control.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering.

– Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.

– Certified auditor preferable
