Compliance & HSQE Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to establish, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework across MSP’s manufacturing operations. The role will ensure full alignment with UK statutory requirements, ISO standards, and internal policies, while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational governance.

This is a hands-on role focused on embedding structure, discipline, and scalable processes within a developing manufacturing environment.
